Skills Provision is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a company in Finland.

The Professional Services Department is looking for a well-rounded Senior Business Analyst to assist with the growing demand of the Software Solutions Department.

Role

• Assist and conduct technical on-site workshops.
• Document and present in-depth technical studies.
• Research and develop project material, including training, testing, planning, and reporting.
• Attend weekly internal meetings as required
• Conduct configuration activities.
• Participate in pre-sales activity and internal initiatives as and when required.
• Carry out comprehensive studies on all developed products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience conducting activities on enterprise-level projects.
• Exceptional all-round IT skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English (written & oral).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work in an ambiguous and/or changing environment.
• Project Management training a plus.
• Familiarity with contract management.
• Familiarity with business process engineering and bespoke software.
• A strong character, not afraid of new challenges and hard work.
