Shipping/Receiving Systems Coordinator Needed, Austria

Skills Provision is searching for a Shipping and Receiving Systems Coordinator for a warehousing company in Austria.

We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Systems Coordinator to be responsible for all aspects of data management and entry into the company’s proprietary system plus handle tracking and reconciliation of all technical equipment.

Location: Graz, Austria

Position: Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• €62,000 p/a

The Role

• Enter and approve data related to all shipments
• Maintain client relationships: parts ordered, billing and research
• Track invoices onto database system ensuring that they are all correctly coded and authorized
• Reconciles related accounts
• Attend regular departmental planning meetings and bi-weekly database meetings
• Monitors delivery schedule database and arrange products to meet key dates
• Act as primary contact for internal and external shipping matters
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Creative and strategic planner
• 2-3 years’ experience in administration/database management
• Ability to think and work autonomously as well as with a close-knit team
• Should be able to interact professionally with all levels
• Good organisational skills are a must, along with the flexibility to take on a wide variety of tasks
• Must have strong computer skills and demonstrate working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and database management tools
• Reliable, motivated and upbeat
