Role Responsibilities
Carry out technical, managerial and design related tasks
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing internal performance/output
Effective team management to ensure key deadlines are met
Carry out structural analysis tasks (implementation of Euro codes)
Maintain healthy client relations, constantly briefing and updating
Provide quality feedback and technical suggestions throughout conceptual design processes
Be fully supportive of the management team and hierarchy
Support and manage team members in India
Requirements
Education:
Degree in structural/civil engineering (Bachelors or Masters) or equivalent
Chartered engineer status beneficial
Essential skills and experience:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in structural design
UK working experience
Extensive knowledge of BS and Euro codes
Effective team manager
Organised and methodical approach
Effective communicator
Strong work ethic
Candid manner
Able to manage multiple projects/tasks
High level of English (written & oral)
