Swimming Instructors/Coaches needed in Kuwait

Skills Provision is searching for suitably trained and experienced Swimming Instructors/Coaches for positions in Kuwait.

The employing company have three branches in Kuwait City, they are up-scaling their manpower requirements.

Work permit opportunities for international applicants.

Title: Swimming Instructor/Coach

Sector: Sport and Fitness

Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Contract: 1 year, initial

Salary

US $2200 – $3000 p/m, Tax-Free.

Working Hours

Saturday to Thursday: 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety rules to students of various ages and skill levels as per the head coach’s instructions
• Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to all swimmers
• Observe progress and provide feedback on performance
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with swimmers
• Assist with team administration tasks, such as scheduling practices, managing equipment, and communicating with parents or guardians
• Monitor all swimmers closely to ensure safety and prevent accidents

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Hold a formal coaching qualification or swimming certification

Experience:

• Previous experience as a swimming coach/instructor
• Proficiency in coaching and teaching various ages and abilities
• Passion for developing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate English language skills; verbal and written. Arabic would also be welcomed
• Work well in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Hard working nature
