The Role

• The Digital Training & Compliance Manager is responsible for all related processes and working practises.
• Continuously monitor brand channels and, when necessary, steer employees to improve their content.
• Ensures all the digital sites comply with the corporate strategy and aims.
• Operate within a strict policy and code of practise.
• Act as the main point of contact for content approval.
• Proactively educate/support the team on existing policies, quality assurance and best practices.
• Create policies and procedures in order to increase efficiency and achieve operational objectives.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in a relevant subject.
• 10+ years working for a technical organisation.
• Naturally progressed through he ranks.
• Strong copywriting skills (English).
• Experience with content management systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships-
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement.
• Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
• Good technical understanding – an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
• A natural leader with flair and ambition.
