Skills Provision is searching for a Warehouse Manager for a company in Bolivia.

The employer specialises in the storage and distribution of Audio-Visual equipment throughout Bolivia. They require an experienced Manager to take control of a large warehouse.

The Role

• Responsible for planning, organising, and controlling warehouse operations.
• Organise & assign work and responsibilities to warehouse staff.
• Manage inventories and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Supervise loading and unloading.
• Organise weekly inventory physical counts.
• Work closely with the Automation Team.
• Manage shift supervisors.
• Familiar with the warehouse’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Health and safety orientated.

Requirements

• Strong academic qualifications.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing/supervising in a warehouse environment.
• Health & Safety trained.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional supervisory skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Creative, smart, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Capable of mentoring warehouse staff.
• Strong IT and report writing skills.
• A natural leader.
• Capable of advising and briefing senior management.
• Willing to travel.
